will not subscribe to that service in order to communicate with
you, sorry for any inconvenience this may cause.
Multiple Orders. To order more than one of each type item,
and combine shipping, please fill out a separate order form for
each item. Make a note on all order forms to be combined. Your
payment request will reflect combined shipping.
Changes to Orders. Any changes you would like made to
an existing order WILL require a new order form, with a note
indicating a changed order. You will not lose your place in line.
Please do not email with change requests.
Don't forget to print a copy of
the completed form for your records.
